Our residence is designed with a unique ''small home environment'' model, each neighbourhood has only 1617 suites with dedicated activity and dining spaces to foster connection, structure, and familiarity. Start date: As soon as available Qualifications: Required: Criminal Record Check (working with Vulnerable Adults) Preferred Experience: Working with residents with Dementia/Alzheimer''s Office Administration in healthcare, senior living, or similar environment Skills & Abilities: Excellent people skills and customer service abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and proactive problem solver Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Duties: Manage and update staff scheduling, ensuring high-priority shifts are filled Support residents, families, visitors, and team members with professionalism and compassion Provide front desk support including mail delivery, visitor screening, and logging resident movements Monitor arrivals/departures and maintain accurate records Order and maintain administrative supplies Collaborate with leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Maintain a positive, approachable attitude and problem-solving mindset Apply today and help us build a welcoming home where residents thrive and team members feel valued.
