Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries efficiently. Provide excellent customer service, addressing guest needs promptly. Maintain front desk operations and ensure a tidy, organized reception area. Support security personnel with visitor documentation and access control. Communicate effectively in multiple languages if applicable. Uphold company standards for confidentiality and professionalism. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest experience. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or front desk roles. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Ability to speak multiple languages is an asset. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Professional appearance and demeanor. Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environment is preferred but not required. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with efficiency.
