Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Delivery & Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. Duties Load and unload products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling techniques, ensuring safety and efficiency. Drive box trucks or trucks to deliver orders to customers across designated routes, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols. Safely load, secure, and transport goods, managing heavy lifting and moving tasks daily. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by interacting professionally with clients and addressing their needs. Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and inventory records throughout your shift. Assist in warehouse organization, including stock rotation, inventory checks, and maintaining a clean work environment. Follow safety procedures consistently to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with company policies. Skills Proven experience in delivery driving or courier services with route driving familiarity. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Warehouse experience including loading/unloading, heavy lifting, moving, and operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks. Valid driver''s license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or drivers preferred. Knowledge of commercial driving regulations. Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and moving throughout the workday. Familiarity with safety standards related to warehouse operations and transportation.
