Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Auto Body Repair Technician who is experienced in body repair and refinishing preparation, including bondo/filler work, panel repairs, and basic mechanical maintenance such as oil changes and minor repairs. This role is ideal for someone who can handle both collision body work and day-to-day shop maintenance tasks, helping keep vehicles moving efficiently through the shop. Responsibilities: Perform auto body repairs including: Bondo/filler work Panel repair and straightening Minor frame and collision repairs Disassemble and reassemble vehicle components Replace damaged parts as required Perform basic mechanical services such as: Oil changes Minor maintenance and part replacements Diagnose collision-related damage Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work closely with management to meet repair timelines Requirements: Proven experience in auto body repair (bondo, sanding, prep work) Experience with basic mechanical maintenance Strong attention to detail and workmanship Ability to work independently and within a team Own tools preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic Compensation: Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Full-time position Steady workflow Growth opportunities within the company Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $20.47-$39.43 per hour Experience: Autobody: 2 years (required) Work Location: In person
