Role And Responsibilities: Ensure customer satisfaction through first class leadership and a constant drive to execute. Establish and maintain protocol in delivering consistent product from the kitchen. Participation in menu collaboration with Owner and culinary team. Requirements: Daytime and Weekend availability. First Class Interpersonal Skills: strong verbal and written communication with team members. Adaptable to the personality traits amongst team members. Presentable to guests and team members alike. High energy with proven ability to achieve goals. Ability to learn all prep and service techniques. Strong problem solving with aims to constantly improve performance.
