Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Sundre, AB for a Processing/Cultivation Flex position. In this role you will perform processing tasks such as debudding, trimming and packaging, while ensuring adherence to quality standards and compliance protocols. Cultivation tasks may include transplant prep & reset, pruning/pre harvest defol, harvesting, and general plant care. Complete required documentation (batch records, sanitation logs, destruction records etc.) ensuring accurate and transparent records. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and supporting other team members as needed are key responsibilities. Qualifications Flexibility to adapt to a variety of tasks Skills in processing activities such as debudding, trimming, packaging Interest or experience in plant cultivation, care, and harvesting Experience working in a regulated cannabis facility is a plus Attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs/protocols Capacity to work efficiently in a role that requires the ability to perform repetitive movements and physical activities Good attitude, strong teamwork and communication skills Local to Sundre AB area preferred, or able to commute with reliable transportation Ability to successfully complete criminal record check Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
