Location: Grant Park Shopping Centre (1080 Grant Avenue) WPG, MB **Must be a Red Seal Certified Auto Mechanic** Job Summary: We are currently seeking a skilled Auto Mechanic to join our Canadian Tire team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in working with hand tools and power tools. Customer service skills are essential for this position, answering customer questions regarding work or parts can be a daily occurrence. Responsibilities: - Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment - Diagnose mechanical issues and propose solutions - Repair or replace damaged or defective parts - Conduct regular inspections to ensure machinery is operating efficiently - Collaborate with the team to complete projects in a timely manner Requirements: - Proven experience as an Auto Mechanic - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Attention to detail and precision in work - Physical strength and stamina to handle manual labor tasks Additional information about the position will be discussed during the interview process, annual salary can be adjusted based on experience and/or education.
