Our team is passionate, professional, and driven to exceed client expectations in every project. Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Parts Assistant to join our growing team. This is an ideal position for someone with basic knowledge of marine or mechanical systems, who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. You''ll support the parts department by sourcing, receiving, organizing, and distributing parts, while assisting with inventory control and job-related documentation. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret service manuals to identify required parts Assist with ordering and receiving parts for mechanical and electrical jobs Maintain organized inventory and stock levels Support technicians by preparing and tracking parts for ongoing projects Liaise with suppliers for quotes, orders, and delivery timelines Handle administrative tasks such as labeling, filing, and data entry related to parts Keep the parts department clean, organized, and efficient Work closely with service managers and technicians to ensure timely job support Qualifications: Basic understanding of mechanical/electrical systems or marine industry preferred Ability to read service manuals and follow technical instructions Organized and detail-oriented with good time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable using basic computer software (Excel, Word, inventory systems) Valid driver''s license is an asset What We Offer: A collaborative, professional environment Opportunities for growth and learning Competitive compensation based on experience A role within a dynamic and forward-thinking company * * Language Preference: We welcome applicants who are proficient in Chinese as a preferred language.
