Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including proper storage of ingredients and supplies. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control during meal service. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management. Follow proper food handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure freshness. Skills Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficient in various cooking techniques and methods, including grilling, baking, frying, and sauting. Experience in food preparation within a restaurant or commercial kitchen environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members and providing exceptional customer service.
