We are currently seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing team. About the Role The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about skin health and medical aesthetics. You bring both strong technical skills and a warm, patient-focused approach, with the ability to educate, guide, and build long-term patient relationships. You will work closely with our physician and clinical team to deliver comprehensive treatment plans while ensuring every patient experience reflects the Model Skin MD standard. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced aesthetic treatments with confidence and precision, including: HydraFacial, Laser, Radio frequency and more Educate patients on skin health, treatment options, and medical-grade skincare products Support the physician during consultations and injectable procedures as needed Recommend and confidently present treatment plans, packages, and skincare products Deliver consistently exceptional patient care and customer service Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and clinic presentation to medical standards Assist with front desk and administrative support when required Qualifications & Experience Laser Technician Certification (required) Minimum 1 years of hands-on experience performing medical aesthetic and laser treatments Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare products Proven sales experience with treatment plans and retail skincare Professional, polished communication skills (verbal and written) Strong attention to detail and commitment to clinical excellence Comfortable working in a fast-paced, patient-focused medical environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is an asset Experience with medical aesthetics CRM/EMR software is an asset Mandarin and/or Cantonese language proficiency is an asset What We Offer A supportive, respectful, and positive workplace culture The opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled and reputable physician Competitive hourly wage plus commission, based on experience Generous staff treatment allowances and product discounts Ongoing education and training with leading aesthetic brands Paid vacation (4% accumulated vacation pay) How to Apply If you are a motivated Medical Aesthetician/Laser Technician who values patient care, clinical excellence, and professional growth, we would love to hear from you.
