As the Finance Manager, you will: Actively promote and close a full suite of protection, insurance, and vehicle enhancement products by identifying customer needs and maximizing value Consistently achieve and exceed personal and dealership sales targets through strong closing skills and follow-up Structure and submit credit applications while securing competitive financing and leasing solutions that drive approvals and profitability Partner closely with sales managers and consultants to maintain deal momentum and maximize every sales opportunity Leverage strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to overcome objections and deliver win-win solutions for customers and the dealership Excel in a fast-paced, high-volume automotive sales environment where performance and efficiency matter Create a confident, seamless, and memorable buying experience that builds trust, repeat business and referrals Job Qualifications: Background in banking, finance, or related sales environments considered a strong asset Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through Fast-thinking, results-driven problem solver who performs well under pressure Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent listening skills to identify and close on customer needs Customer-first, sales-focused professional with an energetic, positive, and polished approach Proven team player who collaborates effectively to close deals and exceed performance targets Highly motivated work ethic with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and see every deal through to completion Willingness to relocate and embrace new opportunities as business needs evolve As a Finance Manager, you will be offered a competitive benefits package and a commission-based compensation structure designed to reward performance and drive success.
