Assistant Project Manager Construction Location: Niagara Region, ON Compensation: Competitive salary + profit-sharing + benefits Type: Full-time, Permanent Start Date: ASAP Overview: Our client is hiring an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of high-quality ICI and multi-residential construction projects across Southern Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a respected and growing general contractor in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities: Assist the Project Manager in overseeing project timelines, budgets, and documentation Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, and change orders Coordinate procurement and material deliveries Take meeting minutes, prepare reports, and ensure smooth communication among team members Maintain and update project management software and logs Help enforce safety and quality standards on-site Requirements: 25 years'' experience in a construction project support role (APM, Coordinator, etc.) Exposure to ICI or multi-residential projects is strongly preferred Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Construction-related diploma or degree an asset Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills What''s Offered: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Profit-sharing Full health benefits Professional development and internal mentorship The chance to grow into a Project Manager role within a stable, well-run company
