We''re looking for an experienced Maintenance Planner with strong upstream oil & gas background to support field operations and drive maintenance excellence across a designated operating area. Key Responsibilities Plan, schedule, and coordinate maintenance activities for surface equipment and facilities Maintain accurate asset data and preventative maintenance schedules within a CMMS/EAM system Develop work plans, estimate resources, and support field execution to maximize wrench time Lead maintenance events, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal maintenance standards Monitor progress on scheduled work and ensure timely correction of deficiencies Provide input into maintenance-related OPEX and capital budgets Oversee contractors and provide performance feedback What You Bring 10+ years'' upstream oil & gas experience Trade certification (Electrical, Instrumentation, Heavy Duty Mechanics, or Millwright) is an asset Strong understanding of maintenance planning, reliability, and root cause analysis Solid knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements Ability to work independently in a fast-paced field environment Valid driver''s license; must live within ~120 km of Drayton Valley
