As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading safe, challenging, fun small group Pilates classes. *Responsibilities* Conduct Pilates classes for individuals and groups Create personalized Pilates programs tailored to clients'' needs and goals Demonstrate exercises and techniques while ensuring proper form and alignment Provide feedback and motivation to clients during sessions Maintain a clean and organized studio environment foster community growth *Qualifications* minimum Mat and Reformer Pilates Certification (ideal candidate is comprehensively certified on the cadilac/tower, chair, barrel, reformer) Strong communication and customer service skills Excellent time management abilities Leadership qualities to guide and motivate clients effectively Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates Job Types: Part-time, Casual Pay: $35.00-$110.00 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Flexible schedule On-site gym Wellness program Experience: Teaching: 1 year (preferred) Customer service: 1 year (required) Time management: 1 year (required) Language: English (required) Work Location: In person
