Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist pharmacists in providing medication and healthcare products to patients. Duties - Support pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications - Maintain pharmacy inventory by checking pharmaceutical stock to determine inventory level - Process prescriptions accurately and ensure all necessary information is complete - Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls, assisting patients, and addressing inquiries - Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and laws Skills - Proficiency in medical terminology - Strong patient care skills - Knowledge of medication administration procedures - Experience in a hospital or pharmacy setting is preferred - Certification as a pharmacy technician is a plus Job Type: Part-time Pay: $19.50-$22.00 per hour Experience: Medical terminology: 1 year (required) Work Location: In person
