Responsibilities '' Manage and process customer orders efficiently. Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email. Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping. Enter customer service order requests. Schedule deliveries for access fobs/card orders. Update spreadsheet for site visits. Set up new project files Support daily office tasks such as filing, dispatching service calls Answer all incoming calls Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve client inquiries. Ensure timely follow-up on customer requests. Uphold company standards for communication and professionalism. Assist in resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
