Job Description We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Personnel / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Calgary, Canada. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our office, managing front desk operations while providing crucial administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Greet and direct visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our database systems Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed Provide general administrative support to various departments Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Assist with special projects and events as required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent organizational and time management abilities Customer service-oriented with a professional demeanor Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies Additional Information Sodexo is committed to Employment Equity and Diversity.
