Responsibilities Assist pharmacists with medication preparation, labeling, and dispensing Manage inventory levels and restock pharmacy supplies as needed Provide excellent patient care by answering questions and directing patients appropriately Maintain accurate records of prescriptions and patient information Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and processing prescriptions Ensure compliance with all safety protocols, including proper storage of medications Support medication administration processes under supervision when required Communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients to facilitate smooth pharmacy operations Experience Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred Experience as a pharmacy technician or in medication management is highly desirable Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication administration procedures Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient care and confidentiality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of pharmacy software systems and inventory management tools is a plus This role is integral to delivering high-quality healthcare services and ensuring patient safety.
