Responsibilities Provide personalized care and support to children, including assistance with daily activities and routines Support children''s educational development through engaging activities and teaching methods Assist with house management and create a positive learning environment Collaborate with parents to ensure consistent care and support Monitor children''s health, safety, and well-being at all times Adapt activities to meet the individual needs of children Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment conducive to learning and growth Skills Experience working with children in educational or caregiving settings Knowledge of Montessori reggio emilia principles and practices Ability to work effectively with 2 children Strong communication skills, spanish is an asset Patience, empathy, and a nurturing attitude Classroom experience or teaching background is highly desirable CPR training Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.80 per hour Benefits: Casual dress Work Location: In person
