Job Description White Elm Spa is a local Winnipeg business geared towards offering our guests a professional spa experience with a focus on environmentally sustainable and local products and services. We are looking for you We are expanding our esthetics team to include a new Licensed Esthetician Esthetician Responsibilities and Duties: Greet clients upon arrival and guide them through our list of products and services Perform spa services including facials, manicures, pedicures and hair removal Upsell lotions, creams and other skin care products Participate in continuing education programs and staff meetings Provide consultations for new clients Provide assistance at the front desk including welcoming clients and booking in new appointments for all estheticians as needed and answering phones. Light cleaning duties around the spa including laundry and general housekeeping Qualifications: Certificate in Esthetics or equivalent Licensed under Apprenticeship Manitoba Experience with waxing or sugaring required Previous Spa experience considered an asset Strong Customer Service skills Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings. Ability to sell products to our clients based on the products used while rendering services We''re looking for the right member to join our team You will be working alongside small business owners and experienced estheticians. We put a heavy ephasis on our customer service abilities and our top notch disinfecting and sterilization techniques.
