Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills, capable of developing and maintaining long-term partnerships. The Account Manager will play a key role in expanding our market presence through effective business development and account management strategies. Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach and market analysis to expand the client base. Lead negotiations to secure contracts and renewals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to align strategies and optimize client engagement. Utilize Salesforce and other CRM tools to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and account activities. Conduct regular analysis of account performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing value propositions and strategic recommendations. Provide leadership within the team by mentoring junior staff and contributing to a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development roles. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly. Attend sales meeting and events as required Develop and maintain weekly selling plan while maintaining customer growth Familiarity with NetSuite Makes outbound contact with existing customers by telephone, e-mail and in-person to communicate information about their order, give them information that was requested or sell them product to meet their needs. Makes outbound lead follow-up calls to potential customers by telephone, e-mail and in person to qualify leads and sell products and services. Handles inbound sales lead calls to convert calls into sales. Compiles lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads, based on information from ad inquiries, trade shows, direct mail responses, card deck leads, aged leads, bingos, dealer resellers, business directories, Internet Web sites, and other sources. Knowledge of marketing strategies and how they relate to account growth is a plus. Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and influence stakeholders. Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
