We host weekly tournaments and are growing a strong local community. We''re looking for a volunteer who can help with both event coordination and community engagement. Important: This is a Volunteer Role This position is volunteer-based and provides no monetary compensation (no wage/salary). In exchange for your time, we provide in-kind benefits (golf simulator hours) based on contribution and deliverables. Time Commitment Flexible weekly hours. Some evenings/weekends required on event days. Responsibilities Coordinate weekly tournament planning and execution (format, schedule, check-in) Create and send weekly tournament announcements/reminders (DM, group chat, email) Help grow participation through community outreach and simple promotions Capture light content on event days (photos/short clips) and share results/recaps Manage sign-ups, waitlists, and basic customer questions Maintain a consistent weekly flow: ''announce register run recap'' Qualifications Strong communication and people skills Comfortable with social apps (Instagram/WhatsApp/KakaoTalk/FB groups ) Basic organization tools: Google Sheets/Docs Preferred (Nice to Have) Golf interest (or willingness to learn) Active in multilingual communities and comfortable engaging diverse audiences: Korean, Mandarin, Italian, Hindi, Tagalog, Spanish, etc. Experience running community events or promoting local businesses In-Kind Benefits (Non-cash) Golf simulator hours provided based on contribution and deliverables Flexible schedule Portfolio building + potential reference letter (performance-based) How to Apply Apply via Indeed message or email with: Short intro Weekly availability Communities you''re active in (English + other languages) Optional: any social/event examples Email: Website: Type: Casual Pay: From $17.20 per hour Expected hours: 5 10 per week Application question(s): Do you understand this is a volunteer role with no monetary compensation, and that in-kind golf simulator hours are provided instead?
