Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Detailer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for cleaning and detailing new and pre-owned vehicles to ensure they are showroom-ready, as well as maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles post-service. A strong work ethic, pride in workmanship, and a commitment to customer satisfaction are key. Key Responsibilities: Clean interior and exterior of vehicles including vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning upholstery, windows, wheels, and engine compartments Wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicles to restore paint finish Apply protective finishes and treatments (e.g., rustproofing, fabric protection, paint sealant) Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and note any damage or deficiencies Maintain a clean and organized detail bay and work area Follow dealership procedures and manufacturer standards Support lot management including organizing vehicle inventory and moving vehicles as needed Assist with snow removal, fuel fill-ups, and general dealership cleanliness when required Ensure timely completion of detailing jobs Report any issues or damage to the Service Manager or supervisor immediately shuttle customers and vehicles when required Qualifications: Valid Ontario G-Class Driver''s License with a clean abstract Previous detailing experience preferred but not required (training provided) Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work Ability to work independently and efficiently Comfortable working in varying weather conditions Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage Uniforms provided Health and dental benefits (for full-time employees) Positive and supportive work environment Employee discounts on vehicles, service, and parts Apply today and become part of our growing team at Savage Ford Sales, where we take pride in delivering quality service and exceptional customer experiences
