Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Dental Hygienist to join our dental practice for a temporary position of 3 weeks in March. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, assist in maintaining a clean and efficient clinical environment, and support the overall health and well-being of our patients. Duties Perform dental prophylaxis, including cleaning, scaling, and polishing teeth to prevent oral disease Take and develop dental radiographs as needed Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care Assist the dentist during examinations Prepare treatment rooms for patient appointments, ensuring sterilization and cleanliness standards are met Please note that processing of your instruments is your responsibility Manage patient inquiries with professionalism and provide excellent customer service Support pediatric patients and adapt communication techniques accordingly Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and infection control procedures Qualifications Valid Dental Hygienist license in good standing Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting This position offers an engaging work environment where your skills contribute directly to improving patients'' oral health. Job Type: Fixed term contract Contract length: 3 weeks Pay: $46.46-$61.08 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32 per week Work Location: In person
