Now Hiring: Service Advisor $2,500 Signing Bonus We''re expanding our Service Department and are looking for a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join the team at Orillia Dodge a high-volume, customer-first dealership with over 40 years of success in the 705. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor to step into a busy, well-supported shop where performance is recognized and long-term stability matters. What''s In It for You: $2,500 signing bonus (Paid after successful completion of a 90-day probation with no handbook violations) Competitive compensation based on experience Typical range: $55,000$75,000+ Monthly performance-based bonus program Full-time hours with long-term job security High-volume service drive with strong technician and parts support Positive team culture with hands-on leadership Career growth opportunities within a well-established dealership Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and accurately assess vehicle service needs Write clear, detailed repair orders and obtain proper authorizations Communicate effectively with technicians, parts staff, and customers Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally Provide timely updates throughout the service process Review completed repairs and invoices with customers Maintain high CSI scores and strong customer retention Follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines What You Bring to the Table: Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is a strong asset.
