Previous experience in a salon or barbershop setting is preferred, but a strong desire to learn and grow is equally valued. Duties Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client''s preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools Engage with clients through friendly communication, ensuring a positive experience during each visit Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Manage front desk responsibilities including appointment scheduling, check-in/check-out procedures, and answering client inquiries Assist with maintaining the overall organization of the salon environment to ensure efficiency and safety Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and personalized recommendations Experience Prior experience as a barber or stylist is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with diverse clients Knowledge of hair styling techniques, sanitation standards, and retail sales strategies Ability to work well in a team environment while also managing individual client needs Excellent communication skills to understand client preferences and provide tailored recommendations Experience with front desk operations is a plus but not mandatory; training will be available for new team members Join our team and enjoy the opportunity to develop your skills in a supportive setting dedicated to excellence in hair care and customer satisfaction.
