Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service & Sales Associate to join our vape shop team. This part-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, working independently, and showing up consistently. You will be the face of our store, providing knowledgeable, respectful service in a professional retail environment. Schedule & Pay Part-time: approximately 10 hours per week Pay: $20.00 per hour Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service Answer customer questions and make product recommendations Process sales accurately using a POS system and handle cash Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Restock products and assist with inventory as needed Follow all store policies and age-verification requirements Provide basic product explanations (training provided) Open and/or close the store as scheduled Demonstrate punctuality, accountability, and consistency in attendance Qualifications & Requirements Must be 19 years of age or older (required) Strong customer service and communication skills Supreme reliability punctual, dependable, and responsible Ability to work independently during scheduled shifts Retail or sales experience is an asset but not required Basic math skills for handling transactions Knowledge of vaping products is a plus but not required we are willing to train the right candidate What We''re Looking For Someone trustworthy who shows up on time and follows through A calm, respectful, and professional attitude with customers Willingness to learn products and store procedures Comfortable working in a retail vape shop environment Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 per week Benefits: Casual dress Store discount Work Location: In person
