Overview: We are seeking a skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, sales, and automotive repair, with the ability to assess vehicle damage accurately and provide estimates for repairs. Duties: Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates Interact with customers to explain repair estimates and address any questions or concerns Collaborate with the body shop team to ensure timely and efficient repair processes Utilize mechanical knowledge to evaluate repair needs and recommend appropriate services Upsell additional services or repairs as needed while maintaining customer satisfaction Maintain detailed records of estimates, repairs, and customer interactions Order required parts and materials in a timely and accurate manner Schedule jobs and coordinate work assignments effectively Plan and organize repair activities to ensure efficient workflow and minimal downtime Requirements: - Experience with Mitchell & Audatex Estimating Software Previous experience in a dealership or automotive repair setting Mechanical knowledge to assess vehicle damage accurately Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales and interacting with cutomers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Benefits: Company events On-site parking Work Location: In person
