Cyclone is a privately owned company with over 750 highly skilled employees housed within six state-of-the-art facilities totaling 450,000 square feet in both Canada and Poland Overview We are currently seeking a Human Resources Administrator who will provide support to our Human Resources department and help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations for the business. This role involves maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries. Responsibilities Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases. Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads and scheduling interviews. Assist with payroll related tasks, including timecard inquiries and adjustments. Assist with obtaining, reviewing and tracking employment related compliance records. Prepare employment verification documents upon request. Manage HR mail box, responding to general inquiries from employees and managers and/or distributing messages to the applicable team member(s) for action. Maintain employee information boards with applicable communication updates. Create and maintain organizational charts and tables. Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed consistently Qualifications Bachelor''s degree or equivalent 1-2 years'' HR administrative experience with a basic knowledge of HR practices and employment laws Strong organizational and time-management skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism Attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour Work Location: In person
