LTL / TL Dispatcher Full Time Mississauga, ON Hours: MondayFriday | 12:00 PM 8:00 PM Salary: Up to $60,000/year (experience-based) Start: Immediate Eligibility: PR or Canadian Citizen only Role Summary We are hiring an experienced LTL/TL Dispatcher to manage afternoon operations. The role involves coordinating drivers, tracking freight movements, and maintaining smooth communication between drivers and customers in a high-volume logistics environment. Key Duties Plan and oversee daily LTL and TL driver schedules Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and real-time shipment updates Communicate with drivers and customers to ensure service expectations are met Maintain accurate dispatch and load records using TMS software Ensure safety, compliance, and operational standards are followed Resolve delivery issues and minimize service disruptions Requirements Proven experience in LTL/TL dispatching Familiarity with Truckmate or similar dispatch systems preferred Strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of routing and freight operations Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
