Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Cribber/Finisher to join our Concrete, Landscape, and Hardscape Division. The successful candidate will perform construction activities involving restoration of existing concrete structures using high-performance repair mortars, erecting formwork for grade beams, walls, suspended slabs, sidewalks, barrier curbs, and curb & gutters, as well as application of traffic coatings. Key Responsibilities Placing and finishing of high-performance repair mortars on slabs, walls, and ceilings, using trowels or form-and-pour methods. Concrete floor grinding and shot-blasting. Traffic coating application. Read and interpret blueprints for rebar and formwork layouts. Demonstrate strong abilities in rebar tying. Erect and strip forms (Cam-lock, Aluma, PERI systems) and complete sidewalk & barrier curb forming. Assist with site prep, concrete pours, finishing, and demolition work as required. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas to a high standard. Perform physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Requirements Valid driver''s license, reliable transportation, and a 3-year clean driver''s abstract. CSTS, WHMIS, Ground Disturbance, MEWP, Fall Protection, and/or First Aid certification (assets). Concrete forming experience (Cam-lock, PERI, Aluma). Structural concrete restoration experience. Traffic coating application experience. Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and layout drawings. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
