Telephone Sales Representative B2B Medical Device (On-Site, Full-Time) Location: On-site (in-office) Job Type: Full-Time Hours: MondayThursday: 9:00 a.m. 4:30 p.m. (7 paid hours/day) Friday: 9:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. (6.5 paid hours) Total: 34.5 paid hours per week (30-minute unpaid lunch per Ontario ESA) Compensation: $22/hour + commission On-Target Earnings (OTE): $45,000$61,000+ annually About the Role We are seeking an experienced telephone sales professional to join our on-site sales team selling EVACU B, a trademarked, patented, and FDA-approved medical evacuation device used by hospitals worldwide. This role is on-site only. Working in person is required for secure information sharing, internal collaboration, and coordination of freight, shipping, and pricing details for hospital and international sales. Our primary customers are U.S. hospitals with NICU departments, with additional sales through a Canadian GPO and international healthcare organizations (including Australia, the Middle East, and other global markets). About the Product EVACU B FDA-approved, trademarked, and patented medical device Each EVACU B can safely transport up to 6 babies during emergency evacuations Sold and deployed worldwide One-of-a-kind product that clearly outperforms competitor solutions Additional sales opportunities include: Add-ons such as six-way oxygen manifolds Reviewing bed-to-sled ratios to identify additional unit needs Re-engaging past customers for add-ons or expansion orders Customized branded dust covers used for hospital advertising or donor recognition What You''ll Do Make 5060 outbound calls per day to hospitals and healthcare organizations Reach hospital managers, NICU leadership, purchasing departments, and decision-makers Conduct consultative B2B sales conversations by phone Gather customer requirements and relay details to the internal team Work on-site with operations to obtain freight and shipping estimates Collaborate internally while quotes are prepared in QuickBooks Online (QBO) Provide accurate pricing once quotes are finalized Assist hospitals with vendor registration processes Maintain detailed records in HubSpot CRM and our in-house data storage system Participate in virtual meetings to support customer decision-making Assist with or coordinate virtual training sessions for hospital staff on proper EVACU B usage and emergency preparedness Required Experience & Skills Proven telephone sales experience (required) B2B sales experience; healthcare or medical sales strongly preferred Comfortable speaking with hospital managers and purchasing decision-makers CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) Strong organizational and follow-through skills Professional written and verbal communication in English Reliable and comfortable working on-site, full-time in a business casual setting Compensation Summary Base Pay: $22/hour ( $39,500 annually) Commission: Paid per completed hospital order Typical annual earnings: $48,000$58,000 High performers: $60,000+ annually How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume.
