Overview We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck & Coach Technician to join our team. This role involves the repair and maintenance of trucks, coach buses, and trailers. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment requiring attention to safety, precision, and efficiency. Duties Conduct inspections, repairs, and preventative maintenance on engines, transmissions, brakes, electrical systems, and other components Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues Complete work orders and maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient workflow Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements Licensed Truck and Coach Technician (310T) or equivalent certification Minimum 5 years of experience in heavy-duty truck repair and maintenance Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, aftertreatment systems, electrical systems, and diagnostic tools Familiarity with Kenworth, Mack & Volvo trucks and PACCAR & Cummins engines are an asset Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Valid driver''s license Benefits Competitive hourly wage and overtime opportunities Comprehensive benefits package Ongoing training and professional development Safe, well-equipped, and supportive work environment Opportunities for advancement within the company This position requires candidates to be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of heavy lifting.
