As the Manager, Gas Bar / C-Store, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and operation of the Gas Bar, Convenience Store, and Car Wash in Fort McMurray, AB. Your key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing short-term strategies, goals, and objectives aligned with the organization''s strategic plan. Ensuring adherence to brand standards, merchandising guidelines, marketing initiatives, image standards, financial controls, safety, and asset protection. Leading consistent and profitable operations, with a focus on continuous improvement. Purchasing and merchandising convenience store products and managing relationships with vendors and contractors. Coaching and leading team members by providing day-to-day direction, including scheduling, performance management, training, and development. Managing expenses within budget while maintaining revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service. Ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, including Company HR, Health & Safety, and Loss Prevention policies and procedures. Who You Are You are seeking a rewarding career in Retail Store Operations and bring the following qualifications: 57 years of relevant retail experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership and organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively manage staff, engage customers, and collaborate with stakeholders. Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs.
