Responsibilities Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including retail sales and telemarketing campaigns Provide personalized insurance advice and solutions to clients based on their individual needs Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Conduct analysis of client requirements to recommend appropriate insurance products Negotiate policy terms and pricing with clients and insurance providers to secure optimal coverage options Manage sales administration tasks such as documentation, policy processing, and follow-up communications Utilize marketing strategies to promote insurance products and expand market reach Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales preferred Strong analysis skills with the ability to assess client needs accurately Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and insurance providers Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base Experience in telemarketing or marketing is a plus Customer service orientation with a professional attitude and strong interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple client accounts effectively Knowledge of sales administration processes and CRM tools is advantageous Join our team as an Insurance Broker and play a vital role in helping clients secure their financial future while advancing your professional growth within a dynamic industry.
