Duties and responsibilities includes, but is not limited to: Greeting patients Arriving and booking patients Filling Faxes & Scans Completing All Tasks Answering Phone Calls Following your doctors'' orders Managing your doctors'' schedule Booking follow-up appointments for the doctors Taking Vision Acuity, Height and Weight Making sure the clinic is Clean and Tidy Organizing and replenishing the supply cabinet of your doctors Booking All referrals Home Clinic Enrollment/Management Prepping Procedure Trays and Instruments needed for procedure (including autoclaving - will be taught) Participate in other miscellaneous administrative duties as assigned Preferred Skills: Experience in Medical Office Administration Strong organizational, time-management skills and ability to multi-task Good knowledge of medical terminology and abbreviation Personal Health Information Act (PHIA) Certification Proficiency in experience with computer and computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook email LibreMD EMR experience is an asset MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour Benefits: On-site parking Work Location: In person
