This role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of construction experience who are eager to learn and grow within a professional crew. Learn more at Key Responsibilities: Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and organization Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment Support skilled trades (framing, concrete, drywall, etc.) as directed Operate basic hand and power tools safely Follow site safety protocols and report hazards Help maintain clean and safe job sites Perform other general labor tasks as required Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in construction or general labour Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions Basic understanding of construction tools and materials is an asset Valid driver''s license and reliable transportation is preferred Compensation: Pay is negotiable based on experience Opportunity for growth and advancement Benefits package included.
