Property Maintenance Technician We are looking for a skilled and reliable Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable in a wide range of building maintenance tasks and eager to keep learning. We are specifically looking for anyone with exterior maintenance experience (snow removal, landscaping) Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day maintenance for residential and commercial properties Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and building fixes Assist with renovations, including painting, drywall, and minor construction work Install and replace appliances as needed Maintain outdoor areas and landscaping/lawn care Respond to emergency maintenance calls when required Work 8 hours per day, with flexibility for on-call shifts Requirements: Strong knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems Experience with painting, drywall, and general building repairs Ability to install and replace appliances Renovation experience preferred Reliable transportation and valid driver''s license Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $30.00 per hour Work Location: In person
