The Esthetician will be responsible for providing high-quality services while maintaining strict sanitation standards and promoting retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, facials, waxing, artificial nails, dip powder, poly gel, gel nails, gel x, shellac and nail art using color theory principles to create appealing designs. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations. Offer personalized consultations to clients to recommend suitable nail care treatments and retail products. Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and body treatments through effective communication skills and retail math techniques. Ensure excellent customer service by creating a friendly atmosphere and addressing client needs promptly. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, esthetic treatments, and overall beauty industry developments. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in Esthetics and nail technology required. Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, sanitation protocols, and current beauty trends. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and upsell products confidently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills along with professionalism and a friendly demeanor. Retail sales experience and familiarity with retail math are advantageous.
