Location Mississauga, ON About Restore Pharmaceuticals Restore Pharmaceuticals is a Canadian compounding pharmacy focused on customized topical therapies, including pain management and dermatology solutions. We work closely with clinics across Canada to support patient-centred care through high-quality formulations and efficient service. Position Overview We are seeking a part-time, entry-level Pharmacy Assistant to support daily pharmacy operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in a pharmacy environment. No prior pharmacy experience is required training will be provided. Key Responsibilities Include: Pharmacy & Packaging Support Assist with packaging and labeling compounded prescriptions Prepare orders for pickup or shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area Administrative & Office Support Scan, fax, and file prescriptions and documentation Send prescriptions and correspondence to physicians'' offices Assist with basic data entry and record management Support general office maintenance and organization tasks General Support Assist pharmacy staff with day-to-day operational needs Follow pharmacy policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements Qualifications High school diploma or currently enrolled in post-secondary education Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Basic computer skills (scanning, emailing, faxing, data entry) Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable working in a healthcare environment Pharmacy assistant experience is an asset but not required Schedule Part-time hours: [16-24 hours per week] [2-3 days per week / flexible schedule if applicable] What We Offer On-the-job training in a compounding pharmacy setting Supportive, team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain healthcare and pharmacy experience Potential for growth within the organization How to Apply Please submit your resume to with the subject line: ''Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant Application''
