Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Administrator to support operations in our Pump Shop, Machine Shop, and Welding/Fabrication Shop. This role requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare, enter, and track job quotes. Create and maintain accurate Shop Travelers (work orders), including hours, materials, scope changes, and closeout. Maintain job data in the database (EPICOR experience is an asset). Interface with customers and account managers for new jobs, pricing, purchase orders, and final documentation. Verify pricing and job details before invoicing. Ensure compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and safety requirements. Provide administrative support as needed. Administer bi-monthly employee time sheet process and submit to payroll. Qualifications High school diploma: additional education in business administration preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel intermediate to advanced level). Minimum 3 years of office experience; data entry and organizational skills required. Ability to work under pressure with changing priorities and tight deadlines. Mechanical aptitude or industrial experience is an asset but not required.
