Job Description: On behalf of our Healthcare Client, Affinity Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Health Technical Project Director who will lead and manage the technical workstream within a large-scale digital health program. This role ensures seamless integration across technical, clinical, and business streams, driving execution against delivery timelines while managing risks and stakeholder expectations. Deliverables: Delivery Leadership of the Technical Stream of work (IAM, Applications, Integration, Data Migration & Archiving, Infrastructure and Network, BioMed, End User Devices, Technical Architecture, End User Experience which includes production of Executive Summaries and reports against delivery timelines. Technical Stream Oversight which includes the integration of various parts of the stream and its integration with the Clinical and the Business Streams of work which includes interaction models and risk management. Requirements: Education Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field. Experience Minimum 9 years of progressive leadership experience in health IT or large-scale CIS implementations. Proven track record in managing complex technical programs with multiple stakeholders. Expertise in CIS platforms (e.g., Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH) and associated technical domains. Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of IAM, integration frameworks, data migration strategies, infrastructure design, and biomedical systems. Familiarity with health data standards (HL7, FHIR). Language Requirements Written and spoken competence in English is required. Please state your language capability. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related field. Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, fostering trust and transparency. Governance and Risk Management Clear understanding of governance and risk management through prior project experience. Team Leadership Experience leading high-performing technical teams, fostering innovation and accountability. Track record of mentorship and guidance to technical leaders. Demonstrated Experience Managing projects related to IAM, biomedical systems, integration, data migration, infrastructure and networks, end-user device deployment, health applications, technical environments, architecture, or end-user experience (8+ years). Managing technical deliverables, timelines, and budgets (8+ years). Communicating complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences. Applying governance and risk management practices in projects. Leading high-performing technical teams with a culture of innovation and accountability.
