Graphic Designer / Retail Sales Associate Duties: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Preparing print-ready files and liaising with customers if needed Managing multiple design projects under tight deadlines Provide product information and recommendations to customers Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Maintain a clean and organized sales floor Stock shelves and merchandise displays Assist with inventory management and replenishment Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns Meet sales targets and goals Qualifications: Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator Available to work during these hours: 10:30 AM - 6:30 PM Having worked in The UPS Store would be an asset Excellent customer service skills with use of Microsoft Office Experience with printing, photocopying documents, shipping parcels or similar business would be a great asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Organizational skills to maintain a tidy sales floor and manage inventory Previous experience in technical sales is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth within our company.
