Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant or hotel operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery Supervise and train staff, including interviewing, onboarding, and performance management Manage food preparation and cooking processes to meet quality standards Handle POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Coordinate food service activities, including serving guests and managing kitchen operations Maintain high levels of customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally Supervise inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs Lead team management efforts to foster a collaborative and productive work environment Implement hospitality best practices to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency Oversee barista services or bar operations if applicable, ensuring quality beverage preparation Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or hotel operations with supervising experience Strong knowledge of food industry standards, food safety, and kitchen procedures Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Proficiency in food preparation, cooking, and food handling techniques Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS; cash handling expertise preferred Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for team coordination and guest interactions Experience in interviewing and hiring staff to build effective teams Familiarity with hospitality industry trends and hotel or restaurant management practices This position offers an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our hospitality team while delivering exceptional experiences to our guests.
