We''re expanding and looking for a driven, people-first Sales Representative who wants to grow into leadership. The role This is a commission-based, in-home/field sales position. You''ll meet homeowners, assess project scope, present quotes, and close work using a consultative approach. We provide leads to support your pipeline, and we expect initiative. The most successful reps don''t wait around: they network, ask for referrals, canvass, follow up, and create opportunities. Great fit if you are Personable, confident, and comfortable talking with homeowners Organized with time-blocking and follow-ups Coachable and hungry to improve (sales, communication, discipline) High integrity and people-first (trust matters here) Self-driven: you take ownership of your results Key responsibilities In-home visits: assess scope, take notes/photos, build rapport Create and present clear, professional quotes Follow up consistently and close projects Manage your pipeline, schedule, and next steps Hit KPIs (appointments, speed-to-lead, follow-ups, close rate, revenue) Generate additional opportunities through referrals, networking, and outreach Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth project delivery Training / Entry path (no experience OK) Sales experience is an asset, not required. The right attitude wins. If you have limited/zero sales experience, you''ll start with 36 weeks of canvassing training (learning communication, confidence, and lead generation). After you demonstrate consistency and performance, you graduate into the estimating/sales role.
