What does a Assistant Visual ArtsTeacher do? Work in a group setting with students ages 5 to 17 Implement curriculum teaching students different techniques, styles and types of visual art in classes along side one of our experienced Art Teachers. Shares and mentors their love of visual arts in a positive way with eager learners Engages in teacher training and coaching sessions with a Sr. Teacher to help develop and learn valuable skills from an experienced mentor. When and Where do Assistant Visual Arts Teachers work? Part-time, mainly Saturdays during a scheduled weekly time block between 9:00am-4:00pm We are a multi disciplined Fine Arts School located in the Sullivan Heights area of Surrey We are a non-profit society with a student-first centered approach Our mission is provide quality fine arts training in fun, vibrant and positive environment What skills are needed?
