Mixologist Bar Maaya (Toronto) Location: Toronto, ON Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Bar Maaya is an energetic, upscale cocktail bar known for its innovative drinks, bold flavors, and vibrant atmosphere. We are seeking a passionate and creative Mixologist who loves the craft of cocktails and thrives in a high-volume, guest-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails to Bar Maaya standards. Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during high-volume service. Engage with guests at the bar, offering recommendations and a memorable experience. Ensure accurate portioning and minimize waste. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Stock, prep, and maintain bar inventory. Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations. Collaborate with management on drink specials and menu development Requirements Previous bartending or mixology experience preferred Smart Serve certification (required) Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and bar techniques Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
