We are seeking a lead hand carpenter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing doors, windows, flooring, kitchens, trim, and decks. Reliable transportation and the ability to work well alone and with others is a requirement. An employee would be responsible for: watching over the other carpenters on site for quality control Occasionally, dealing with clients Measuring and cutting materials to the right size and Installing doors, windows, flooring, and kitchens to a high standard Ensuring that all work is completed on time and to the required standard Maintaining a clean and safe work area Communicating effectively with customers and team members If you are a skilled carpenter with a passion for quality workmanship and attention to detail, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
