Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide a positive check-in and check-out experience Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments efficiently Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries professionally Process payments, cash handling, and billing accurately Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues when required Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Maintain accurate guest records and daily reports Follow brand standards, safety procedures, and hotel policies Upsell rooms, amenities, and hotel services when appropriate Required Skills & Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn PMS systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays Preferred Qualifications Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience of 2 years Experience with hotel property management systems, at least one of the following (e.g., Synxis, Opera, Maestro, Cloudbeds) Cash handling or accounting experience Knowledge of Wyndham brand standards What We Offer Competitive hourly wage On-the-job training Supportive team environment Opportunities for growth within the Wyndham brand Employee discounts on Wyndham hotels Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: $17.85-$24.00 per hour Work Location: In person
