Primary Job Description: Delivery of products to various commercial job sites. Our products are unique in nature and require care in loading. Transported products are loaded on various flat bed & enclosed trailers. The product must always be secured safely when transported. The candidate must be competent and a reliable driver, will be driving fleet trucks towing trailers to jobvarious sites within downtown Calgary. Responsibilities: Perform all job functions with adherence to Precision Aluminum''s Values as well as the Safety and Environmental Standards.Loading finished product in a secure and safe manner, for transporting to a job site. Transport product to various job sites. Loading and unloading shipments of a variety of products. Maintains orderly condition of our warehouse, monitoring inventory levels Verifies data and resolve problems regarding receiving/delivering shipments. Packages Pick n Pack orders in preparation for shipping Verify orders from packing slip and handle delivery to various locations. Maintain company truck automotive records Basic Qualifications Required Experience: Experienced in hauling a trailer Competent backing up and manuvering vehicles towing trailers in downtown city core Using hand and power tools, strapping machine Forklift, pallet jack & side loader experience would be an asset Valid Class 5 drivers license, (drivers abstract will be pulled) confident Experienced with power tools, and trailer wiring Education: Grade 12 or equivalent level of education Written and spoken English Required PPE Steel Toes Knowledge, Competencies, Skills and Attributes: Basic computer skills Problem-solving abilities Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Effective team player Physically Fit Ability to lift up to 50lbs Ability to work with minimal supervision Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour Ability to commute/relocate: Rocky View County, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): Are you comfortable with towing a trailer within downtown area?
